Why cant they say upfront how long it is going to take? However, if  &lt;br&gt;you're using WiFi, I've had weird problems, sometimes, with the applet  &lt;br&gt;responsible for managing WEP/WPA keys and connecting me to a WiFi  &lt;br&gt;router with a proper IP address.
